A chaos lord on manticore. It even has an attempt at stripes
Some chaos spawn as well as some kitbashed chaos spawn from left over chaos lord and sorceror lord bits. I'd say they're chaos lords currently being "blessed"
Great work on the spawn and the lord on the manticore! So much heresy
The contrastpaints are brilliant for these. Though they work a bit weirdly if you use a metalic paint as a base.
Excellent use of contrast paints! Very well done ad seeing your improvement has been awesome
Made some terrain, or well, the first parts. Still half a cathedral left to paint.
And especially for @NIGHTBRINGER a badly wounded stormcast and his friend who found his missing leg that my girlfriend painted. Is this an acceptable depiction of SCE?
No stormcast is ever acceptable. Dismember them and drench them in blood as a gruesome monument to Sotek!
but dam are they painted well...
I made an ironblaster, it looks neat
Wow you have improved quite a bit
I like the canon, I finally managed to get the blue of rusting bronze in there, at least a little bit.
And the rhinox looks quite fluffy.
TBH, the word "fluffy" summons in me a different kind of image...
It has loads of fur that poofs out a noticeable distance from his actual body. That as far as I'm concerned is fluffy
Plus, it even has horns like a certain unicorn.
Finally finished the bits of terrain I was working on. They've turned out quite well.
And they're quite simple to paint as well. Barely did anything, and the end result is actually a quite realistic wall, which as my girlfriend puts it "is actually interesting to look at even if it's almost monochrome" thanks to the various little details and such.
The tzeentch endless spells:
That third one is nightmare fuel. Nice job!
I like the sigil as well, initially screwed up cuz genius that I am I started with the flames. Then started colouring in the eye, and lo and behold the flames got bits of blue on them. Then started putting on a new layer of white to fix em, but it actually gave a nice effect like this. So yay
yep, the third one is my fav!
...but all 3 of them are truly good.
