Just thought I'd make sure everyone knew that the tickets for Clash of Kings 2017 are on sale!

"Clash of Kings 2017 will be our BIGGEST and BEST Kings of War tournament yet. Featuring up to 120 players and a fantastic venue, this is a tournament Kings of War players do not want to miss.

Held at Firestorm Games' top class South Wales Gaming Centre, there will be a kitchen providing hot food throughout the weekend, a licensed bar, a PA system so you can hear all those important announcements, free onsite parking and more than 60 gaming tables.

The venue is superbly located from those travelling from across the UK or abroad. It's a relaxing 10 minute walk from Cardiff Train Station or a 25 minute taxi journey from the airport.

    • Your ticket includes:
    • Six games
    • Hot lunch on both days
    • Mantic Games goody bag
    • Two days of action-packed Kings of War games
There will be trophies for the winners and a dedicated Mantic staff members on hand during the tournament to answer any queries and ensure the event runs smoothly."

I want to see Salamanders properly represented this time! It would be great to actually meet some of you and see your armies in the flesh. And yes, that means you as well, @Itepixcauh! Having a wife is no excuse not to come - it's on my girlfriend's birthday weekend and she's not only buying me the ticket, she may be coming along to watch me play again. If I can get away with that I'm sure you'll be able to find a way to win your wife around to letting you fly to Britain and play with your toys.

You can buy your tickets here.

The dates fit perfectly with half term so my family will be off, now do I lay the seed now and look at a holiday cottage or do I see if I can venture alone.....

Haha, awesome! I've been told to get a nice hotel room so I'm now stuck between 5 star St David's Hotel and 4 star boutique hotel Joylons. Cardiff is a lively city as far as I am aware, so I'm sure your family will find things to do while waiting for you to reappear for dinner in the evening. You could even invite them in to watch for a bit - no one had an issue with my girlfriend standing by the table at CoK 2016.

You know, I can't buy the tickets until probably march (I need to be sure the dates wont coincide with a wedding fair I take part in that take place around those days)

If there are still tickets available I will probably take part.
