Issues with shipments from GW?

    Placed an order last Monday for a bunch of Astra Militarium and Space Wolves, and it has not been processed/shipped yet.

    Contacted support twice about it, and the first time I got told that apparently, they could not ship my order as I had also ordered two boxes with basecoat. While this is odd, I assume their shipment provider has changed their rules and they have not made it impossible to order them online yet.

    So agreed that they would remove the spray boxes from the order and refund me the cost, and got a confirmation the package was being progressed and would ship asap.

    Since nothing has happened I contacted them again, but no reply yet.


    Kind of surprised as I have never had any issues with orders in the past and support has always been quick to reply. Has anything changed the last half year in the company structure etc.?

    If anything support should be better, I suspect you have just been unlucky.
