Hi, I'm new and really like the Sunblood's model and thought it would be cool to make an army around him. This isn't really meant to be competitive but could it work? Leaders: Saurus Sunblood (120) Ghyrstrike Disciplined Fury Saurus Old Blood on Carno (260) Blade of Hammerhal Ghyra Battleline: 10 Saurus Warriors w/ Spears x3 (300) Artlliery: Razordons x4 Battalions: Sunclaw Starhost 970 Total There's probably better options tham a carno, but it's a cool model and it comes with the Start Collecting Box which is convenient. It still buffs the Sunblood though. I'm also not sure about command abilities and artfacts. I also thought about putting a troglodon instead of razordons because that's also a cool model and then I can just buy another SC box instead of $120 on the razors, but I've heard the troglodon isn't worth it.
IMO for really running a Sunclaw and not be frustrated you will need at least one big unit of Warriors. For a 1k Sunclaw I would try this: (Artefacts missing, also a few points left.
