If you face armies without good shooting I think you will do well, looks like a solid list the thunderquake along with Kroak will give your opponent plenty to think about.
I would love to make some comments on your list since it sounds intriguing, but to be honest I have never played a 2.5k game so far. It does look low on wounds but it might just be perfect against some armies...
Fair enough mate, well its my first 2.5k so I want to make a decent list that works so far, and Im guessing that most seraphon lists just can't do that great against shooty armies? aka KO
Yeah KO can build tough shooty lists... Mass Saurus or Mass Skinks would probably be effective against them but who wants to build 200 Skinks...
They are pretty straightforward. Just set them up (preferably on a terrain piece) in range of something and shoot. If the enemy moves close you might want to teleport them out. Kroaknado users put them into the vortex so they cannot be attacked in melee. That's very cheesy IMO but allowed.
Also, I meant as in what would I need to add/remove to have Cham skinks in this list, also to add to the skinks on balewind I'm not sure thats allowed here like in the UK etc (Same with the balewind on objectivesetc)
The Balewind Vortex doesn't allow moving, but Chameleons appearing is a set-up. They don't even have to be up on top, just on the base. As for what to replace with them... I don't think they would fit into your list well. Typically they would be in the Shadowstrike to make their attacks more deadly, but you cannot spare that many points anywhere as your Thunderquake needs them.
Good question. Set up on the Vortex using chameleons, killing the wizard on top before he can dispel it, and then teleporting your own wizard onto it (only possible if there are no enemies near). Could work.
