From wizzkidz or how they call themselves... always two in a pack... preprimed and quite decent sculpting... got some in my blog...
Awesome. I was thinking a traditional scheme of silver with brown accessories. Accent color would be a Roman crimson. Sound decent?
Sure! You can basically use the color scheme from the cool Roman legion picture someone posted recently in one of the threads here.
It was a pre painted Shield. I found a supply of them that I'm going to try and exhaust before moving on. I've got all the ones I have currently sitting in a paint stripping bath to see if I can separate the paint off of them. If not I'll probably just paint over it.
Whelp. That was a resounding failure. I guess the paint is actually bonded with the plastic. 1 week in the best paint stripper I have.no effect on these pre painted shields....guess who is just going to be painted over? Note: this paint stripper usually has acrylic paint soft and sliding off plastic in 8 hours or less
Must be a completely different type of paint. No worries, painting over it should work perfectly. It is a shield after all, you shouldn't notice and loss of detail.
That feeling when you spend half an hour trawling through eBay for a tracking number for your item, and find out it was shipped from China the day before its "expected delivery date" Hoping to God these clippers work when they get here
