    On one hand, i applaude this remarkable result. A mark of true greatness.

    On the other side i regret that @NIGHTBRINGER lacked the will to reach his goal on tuesday.

    Yes, i know you refuse to be restrained in any way, it's the mark of true and great chaotic leaders.
    But you still missed the opportunity to become the embodiment of Bison / Julia.

    This usage of the concept of a "lack of restraint/will" seems to be misguided. It only applies when the individual in question actually desires to achieve the feat.

    Akin to saying that Usain Bolt lacked the will/restraint to run the 100m dash in 11 seconds when he set the world record at 9.58.
