Twenty dwarf linebreakers for Oathmark, done except for basing. I really like the Oathmark infantry kits. I'm not as big a fan of their human infantry, but I think they'll actually make good militia. The kit is great, I just don't like the dark age aesthetic that they are going for. I prefer a more high medieval look for my humans.
The dwarfs look good! I would consider maybe a brown wash or something to really heighten the detail on the metal and hairy bits.
Tonight, I finished up the bodies of the last ten heavy dwarfs and primed the three Ironjawz cav from the SC box. I also finished up this model that's been on my painting table for a couple years. He'll probably be a Collegiate Arcane wizard for AoS if I ever get back to my Cities of Sigmar.
Switching out to another couple projects to give myself a bit of a break. Weirdnob Shaman. I'll glue the staff on later. My Untamed Beasts warband. This was originally an experiment with contrast paints. They came out fairly well, I think.
First dwarf from my box of Oathmark dwarf infantry. Primarily done as a test scene, now I just have to figure out how I want to base them.
Finally posting a picture of the last couple days work. Two dnd sorcerers and two vampire hunters that I intended for a Ghost Archipelago game I hope to run at some point. The middle figure is a Reaper Bones figure I picked up for some reason, maybe for a Basilean project for KoW I never did much with. But I finally got him off my plate and finished.
In the last couple days, I got eight Ghost Archipelago crewmen finished to go with two of the previous set.
And finished the next four last night. I now have two full crews for Frostgrave Ghost Archipelago, so can start running games.
