So I've been browsing the general web, and there is tons of Salamander vs Razordon threads out there, but the thing that I'm most curious about is their shooting penalties? Some people say they suffer from multishot and moving, which I know they don't, but what I am curious is to if they suffer from long range? My first reaction would be to say yes, but I keep seeing people say they don't, but I've seen no official ruling to back this up. So thought I'd come to you lot and ask. Help!
I don't believe that Autiliary dice worth of shots counts as multishot, unless is specificly uses that term,
Grape Shot does not have the multiple shots rule. Razordons do have Quick to Fire. Razordons are BS3. At short range, you'll hit on a 4+. At long range you'll hit on a 5+. You ignore the -1 to hit for moving, thanks to quick to fire. You don't have the -1 to hit for multiple shots special rule, because you don't have the multiple shots special rule. Stand and Fire, Skirmish, and Cover all affect you normally. Most shooting is at a 4+ or 5+ to hit. If you pair them with a high magic Slann, put hand of glory on them. Then watch your opponent cry. -Matt
@LizardMatt I'm due to fight my son's Dark Elves soon, and am trying to come up with something different to beat him (as I have "cough" let him win our prvious encounters! ). The idea of razordons boosted with Hand of Glory is great. Given I like High Magic anyway, definitely going to give this a try - Thanks for the idea!
