    Quick update time:

Bastilodon is set aside as I am now waiting for start collecting:Skinks to arrive so I can attach ark of sotek to it before painting. Yesterday I glued troglodon rider to be used as generic priest and I cleaned supports from OPR saurus warrior free sample to be used as proxy for one of leaders on foot. It was done mainly just so I see how much are layers visible after spray primer...

I need to find time to spray them so I can paint them.

I found second-hand schleich dino for less than 8 euro (shipping included). This one is 13cm high and about 32 cm long. I guess I now have to make Dread Saurian :D

Major painting progress! I finished saddle and scar-vet for carnosaur. Only thing left now is his shield (which I totally forgot and found out during taking pictures). And I also managed to slap some paint on cold ones.

edit: photo upload works again, adding pictures.

You may be matey. You may be.

(I honestly lose track of which model is supposed to represent which and, to me, they are interchangeable)

Friend with 4K printer printed me gecko priest. My god, the quality is amazing compared to free OPR STL printed on old (non 4K) printer. I can´t wait to slap some paint on this buddy.

Also, I started painting said free OPR model as proxy leader on foot and even after 4 spray paint layers, layers are still visible on about half of model. Nevermind, it will still be usable, just not as loved as others. :D

I need to finish him tomorrow, as I forgot to take black paint to work :D

He´s not perfect, but I like how vibrant the colours are.

On my way from work, I stopped by and picked up that saurian proxy. Not sure about the size, but I think it will do.

I finished my first Seraphon models today. Oldblood proxy and Priest proxy :D (yes, bragging about first models from neither is actual seraphon model :D )

I also finished shield for Scar-vet on carnosaur, so that is mostly done as well. Now I just have to wait couple of years to use airbrush again to varnish them so I can add tufts and foliage on bases.

I tried adding textures to stone, bit unfortunately that was above my skills as Soliworks which I use is not capable of things like that (as far as I know) and tinkerCAD that I used couple of times to modify models for print is lagging when I did just single stel of wall. Right now I hit dead end and might make my engine from XPS after all. :)

Edit: this was reply to my 3D design of Realmshaper engine

Wow, itˇs been more than a week since last post and I have not accomplished much really. There have been some national holidays and that means break from daily routine of painting models, so I have finished only three of five knights and made some cool 3D model of clubs for warriors(complete with hole for pinning to hands), because those 40 I bought second hand are all equipped with spears and without spare clubs.

Important question regarding warscroll. For every 5 warrior models, there can be banner & drummer. So unit of 30 should be 17 clubs (+ alpha), 6 drums and 6 banners?

So... I will quickly summarize progress:
10 Skinks cleaned of flash (oh god, so much flash)
First 5 Knights are ready to be varnished, I just have to glue them to cold ones
Clubs for warriors are in line to be printed in next couple of days, together with Slaan
Ark of Sotek is assembled and I started fitting it onto DIY bastiladon
Startpriest from SC:Skinks ready for paint
Attached photo of bastiladon test fits and color scheme for knight as I only take 2 minis to work at once.
