If I used Stroje from the Skies it si the equal to thier moment pfase, are theycan move and use the deadly cargo for example?
Rules as written, it does not say that you cannot move, so I would say you could move as long as you end your move 3" away from all enemy units.
It's debatable if it was a simple oversight, but yes, it is not specified that plummeting from the skies counts as movement. And frankly, given how we are losing terrain with the new battletomes coming out, i don't mind to exploit such a minor advantage.
Can you elaborate on this? How are we losing terrain with the new battletomes? I feel like I've missed something.
New Battletomes have faction specific Items, Command Traits, Abilities, Faction spell, and Warlines,(?) Large Battalions made of smaller Battalions just to name a few. Another big thing is that our army was designed to be played without points and a lot of the restrictions matched play has brought to the table.
Hahahaha. I didn't even think about it in that way. And no, we never had any unique terrain pieces to lose.
Zheddikus is right: At the beginning, there were only the basic battlescrolls for all armies. We were the first army with its new shiny battletome, and we were boosted, with named heroes that become generic (so we can field them in numbers) and additional battallions. We were THE top-tier army. then new battletome arrived... Flesh Eater, Beastclaw Allegiance, Sylvaneth (just to name a few), now Tzeentch, and the power curve is rising higher and higher with each new tome. New units, new abilities, new battallions... And in the meantime, the General's Handbook and the rule of one nerfed some of our strongest units. We are ahead armies with no battletomes, but on average we are falling back, that's a matter of fact. Which doesn't mean "Seraphon are weak", but simply "some armies are now objectively stronger"
