Welcome to the voting thread for our 12th instance of The Feathered Serpent competition, the last one of the year 2025!

This competition's theme is: “PEACOCKING / DRESSING UP”, as chosen by @Hojdar , the winner of the last challenge.
The idea is to emphasize making our models extra fancy and stand out among the rest.
Ornate feathers, exquisite clothing, glimmering gold and jewellery and gemstones, marble stone. weapons, fancy hats, diadems, crowns and so on.


The voting is now open and will close on Saturday, 13h of december.


This round we have seven entries, and as much as it hurts, you can only vote for TWO entries (remember to not vote for your own piece ;))
 
What beautiful entries. I have my top choice down, but I have several strong contenders vying for that second vote.
 
After some difficult decision making, going back and forth between a couple of entries, my votes are in. @Killer Angel you are a cruel man by only granting us a paltry 2 votes to cast among such a strong field of competitors.

Just some quick considerations:

1 - Killer Angel: Well, it's me.
2 - @kroxh : the display of feathers is cool and the whole model is great, but for it to really shine I feel it would have needed some additional work on the "crown". And probably better pictures ;)
3 - @BigDinosaur : I'm a sucker for TK, and when a model is so detailed... well, it took my vote
4 - @TzhunkiHuanchisukaePiangi : incredible banner, with also some amazing freehand. It is pure chaos and disorder, perfect for beastmen... certainly among the high top in this contest, but i like more "clean" models
5 - @Imrahil : not bad at all, but the details are not that great... i'm sure you know it too. ;)
6 - @Hojdar and 7 - @ASSASSIN_NR_1 : raptadons!!! firstly we have a very bright pack, then we have a darker hunter. speaking about the mounts, both are great entries, both detailed and both with personality... but the rider by @ASSASSIN_NR_1 won my heart. It just shouts "LOOK AT ME!"
