That's fair. Granted, at a 20:1 skink/kroxigor ratio you're looking at the latter making up at most 5% of the population (rounding up), even without accounting for saurus.

This is actually a rather familiar demographic distribution for playable species - in the core rulebook for 4e WFRP, there's a similar 90/4/4/1/1 split among humans, dawi, halflings, Asrai/Eonir, and Asur (respectively) across the entire Reikland, even though their geographic distribution varies greatly between the major cities, smaller towns and villages.

I know this is really an old post now, but I absolutely loved getting to see what you had made. I am going to enjoy comparing this to the new official WFRP 4th Lizardman book.
